Guides for the person buying hosting rather than the person who enjoys running servers. Every price here was read off the vendor's own pricing page and dated, and where a host advertises a first-term rate we print the renewal price next to it, because that is the one you will pay for most of the time you own the account.

We sell hosting, so we say where we fit and where we do not on every page. The biggest one: we do not host email.
