InstaPods Sub-processors

This page lists the third parties that InstaPods (ExpressTech Systems, trading as InstaPods) uses to provide its services and that may process Customer Personal Data. It forms Annex III of the InstaPods Data Processing Agreement.
We give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor, by updating this page and emailing account owners. To object, write to support@instapods.com.

Where your pod's data lives
- EU region: your pod runs in France. Its backups are stored in Germany.
- North America region: your pod runs in Canada or the United States. Its backups are stored in Germany.
Transfers outside the EEA, UK and Switzerland are covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses in our DPA.
InstaPods does not sell customer data and does not share it with anyone other than the sub-processors above, and only to provide the service.
